What is Matamk AI?
Self-service restaurant content software from Warwick Media for a Saudi audience. It analyzes your photos, footage and confirmed information, suggests Arabic copy, then produces a video or design from your materials after your approval.
Does a person write or edit my content?
AI handles analysis, writing and production through the production workflow. You confirm the facts and review the result. Account, payment and technical support is separate from content production.
Can I review copy before paying?
Yes. Submit authorized materials and accurate information, then review, edit and save the proposed copy. A paid pack is required when you choose to produce the file. Reviewing copy or opening pack details does not charge you.
Which files can I upload?
JPG, PNG and WEBP images, and MP4 video. Up to 12 files per project, 50 MB per file and 150 MB total. Convert unsupported formats before uploading.
Can photos alone produce a footage-based video?
For video, provide at least one MP4 clip with real movement. If you only have photos, choose a design. Analysis identifies insufficient materials rather than pretending that a still photo is real filmed dish movement.
What restaurant information should I provide?
Restaurant name, city, dish name and any confirmed price, ingredients, ordering method or location you want shown. Prices, ingredients and locations are not inferred from appearances. Do not send passwords or customer personal data.
How much content is included?
One restaurant receives 4 vertical videos up to 30 seconds each and 8 designs with Arabic copy, within 30 days from verified payment. SAR 499 is displayed; USD 133.07 is charged once, without automatic renewal. The interface is available in Arabic, English and Chinese.
Are materials private?
Materials and results require an authorized account. They are not shown as another customer’s materials or published automatically. Processing uses account, storage, AI and operator execution services, and may occur outside your country. The privacy policy explains processing and copy or deletion requests.
What if more materials are needed?
Open the project and review the missing items. When available, use the option to add materials and facts. Existing materials are retained. Reopening is limited; if the option is unavailable or a previous task result is uncertain, contact support with the project ID.
How do I receive my video and copy?
Follow the task in your workspace. After automated checks, a private preview becomes available. Watch the full video at normal speed and verify the information before confirming it. Then download the file and copy or download the approved text as TXT. You handle publishing.
Do you publish to Instagram, TikTok or YouTube?
No automatic publishing is included. Use the file and copy you reviewed on your channels, respecting material rights and each platform’s requirements. Producing a file does not prove more views or orders.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
There is no recurring charge or automatic renewal to cancel. A full refund may be requested within 7 days if no output has successfully completed. Duplicate charges and inability to provide the service are reviewed under the terms. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
How long does production take?
There is no fixed delivery-time guarantee. Timing depends on availability, materials and the queue. Check the real status in your project. Do not resubmit a task or pay again when a result is uncertain; check the existing status or contact support first.
