Service and provider
Matamk AI is a Warwick Media product that creates content automatically from the restaurant materials you provide. AI analyzes the materials, proposes copy and produces a video or design. Price and pack limits
The pack covers one restaurant for 30 days from verified payment: 4 vertical videos of no more than 30 seconds each and 8 static designs with their copy. SAR 499 is displayed; USD 133.07 is charged once through Waffo. Your bank may add currency-conversion fees. No automatic renewal or recurring charge applies; another purchase is required after expiry. Unused credit expires and does not transfer to another pack.
How credit is used
Review proposed copy and correct the facts before production. Confirming production reserves one unit of the requested type; a successfully produced result consumes it. A new request for a different version after completion consumes another unit. Unlimited revisions or generations are not included. Previews stay private; downloading is enabled after you confirm that you reviewed the result.
Materials and requests
You are responsible for material-use rights, permission from people seen or heard, and the accuracy of names, prices, ingredients, promises and addresses. A footage-based video requires valid video footage; photos alone are insufficient. The system may request additional materials or stop if information is missing or a valid result cannot be produced. Field filming, account management, advertising spend and automatic publishing are not included. Tasks depend on availability and the queue; status appears in the project. No fixed delivery time or increase in views, orders or sales is promised.
Failures and retries
Confirmed technical failure restores the reserved unit. The interface permits a clearly failed task to be reopened up to twice per project, after adding missing materials when needed. If the result of an attempt is uncertain, it is checked before work is repeated to avoid duplicate production. Contact support with the project ID if the problem persists. Generation and production remain automated; account, error and dispute support is separate from content production.
Cancellation and refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if no output has successfully completed. The order and usage are checked before refunding to the original payment method. For a duplicate charge or confirmed inability to provide the service, contact support with the order ID for review and a refund of the amount due or restored credit as appropriate. A valid result that has been produced and delivered does not automatically qualify for a refund simply because you change your mind. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected. There is no recurring-subscription cancellation fee because the pack does not renew automatically.
Account, payment and usage rights
Keep your login details private. Credit activates after server verification of payment; returning from checkout does not prove success. We do not store card numbers. You may use the results within the rights of the materials you provided after checking accuracy and suitability. Exclusivity and rights to materials you do not own are not guaranteed. The privacy and acceptable-use policies also apply. Materials or accounts may be suspended for misuse or confirmed violations, with review available through support. Refund matters are reviewed separately.
