When do I pay?
Choose the output, upload authorized materials and provide confirmed facts. Review, edit and save the proposed Arabic copy before deciding whether to purchase production credit. Opening pack details does not charge you. The English interface does not change the included content language.
What amount is charged?
Waffo hosts the checkout in English. This pack is charged as a single USD 133.07 payment; SAR 499 is the displayed price. Your bank may charge conversion fees. Check the final currency and amount before paying. Returning from checkout alone does not prove payment; the server verifies it before activating credit.
How do revisions and failures use credit?
Edit copy before production. A running task reserves one unit of its type, and a successful result consumes it. A new version after completion uses another unit. There are no unlimited revisions or generations. Confirmed technical failure restores the reserved unit. Missing materials can be added within the permitted reopening limits. An uncertain execution result must be checked before another attempt.
Can I request a refund?
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if no output has successfully completed. For a duplicate charge or confirmed inability to provide the service, contact support with your order ID for review of a refund or restored credit as appropriate. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected. Read the terms and refund policy before purchasing.
What is outside the pack?
This is self-service software. Field filming, human agency production, account management, advertising spend and automatic publishing are not included. There is no guaranteed delivery time, sales increase or view count. Real task status appears in your project.
