Privacy and material use

What is processed?
Your sign-in email, restaurant information you enter, photos and clips you choose to submit, resulting copy and files, and task status. File previews stay on your device until you submit the materials. We do not ask for social account passwords or your restaurant customers’ information.
How are materials used?
To analyze materials, write copy and produce the result you request, protect the account and diagnose execution errors. AI services process the inputs; the system shares what is required for the task. Your materials are not used as public examples or as another customer’s materials. Content is not published automatically.
Processing and storage
We use Google Firebase for accounts, Cloudflare for files and tasks, and a Warwick Media execution environment with OpenAI tools for content analysis and production. Processing may occur outside your country at provider locations. This description does not guarantee each provider’s training policies. Do not submit sensitive data or materials you have no right to share.
Access and deletion
File links do not grant access without an authorized account. Materials and results are retained to complete work and allow you to return to it. You may request a copy of your data, deletion or account closure through the support email. Account ownership is verified first. Deletion requests also cover the local execution environment; necessary payment records may be retained where applicable.
Cookies and payment
Necessary cookies support sessions and protection; language preference is also stored. Waffo hosts checkout when opened. This website does not store card numbers. The amount and currency are shown before proceeding to payment.
Text screening
Task facts, instructions and generated copy are sent to Waffo Prompt Sift for screening. The operating record retains the decision, request reference and text fingerprint without copying raw text into the screening log. See the acceptable-use and tools policy for details.
